Stourhead Exhibitions - Mar 12 and Jul 12
The following information has been received with a request to pass on to club members for information. Please note that the exhibitions are not organised by the committee.
This year we will be holding two photography exhibitions. The first “Reflections” will run from Saturday 17th March until Sunday 31st and “What a Great Day” from Saturday 14th July until Sunday 22nd. Last year the emphasis was more on selling, this year our aim is to promote better photography and to enable exhibitors to promote themselves to the public.
There will be a few small changes from last year. The general arrangements are:-
· There will be no browser items
· Work does not need to be for sale
· All work must be capable of being hung i.e. there must be some means of hanging it from our hooks
· Work does not need to be framed but must at least be mounted
· Work is displayed at your own risk
· We have the sole discretion as to if and where work is displayed. There will be a full refund for work not shown
· We will create and display labels for each item
· There will be the opportunity to display your contact details in our format should you wish to do so
· Camera Clubs may display up to 10 items for a fee of £50
· Individuals up to 4 items at £10 per item minimum fee £20
